1. Able to understand hydraulic elements (products) design requirements especially Hydraulic Pump and Motor
2. Possess experience in design of Hydraulic piston Pump or motor and its application in Aerospace domain
3. Relevant experience in designing components of pump or Motor
4. Exposure to latest design softwares like Unigraphics, Ansysis, MathCAD etc..
5. Exposure to thermal and heat transfer calculations
6. Basic FEA awareness
7. Exposure to qualification and testing of Hydraulic elements especially in Pumps and Motor
8. Should possess strong engineering fundamentals in strength of materials.
