1) Manager - Analytics (HBEU International CMB Analytics): · Hands-on experience in IT Systems, data mining, querying large databases, data cleaning and data warehouse access· Focus on analytical problem solving· Hands on experience in SAS, SQL are a must. S/he should also be comfortable in Excel / Pivot / VBA etc.· Hands-on experience in Portfolio MI development and is comfortable in working with large datasets.· Good project management skills and ability to design analytical solutions of business problem on his own.· Exposure to credit risk analytics, Stress testing, product pricing etc.· Direct experience of Client Relationship Management and dealing with Senior Management· Previous Datamart / Datawarehousing experience is an added advantage· Very strong persuasive power and Influencing skills, negotiation expertise, methodical and systematic approach to project management · Ability to work under pressure· Excellent written and oral communication is a must.· Ability to lead bunch of individuals with diverse backgrounds 2) Assistant Manager – Analytics (HBEU International CMB Analytics): · Hands-on experience in IT Systems, data mining, querying large databases, data cleaning and data warehouse access· Focus on analytical problem solving· Hands on experience in SAS, SQL are a must.
