· Responsible for building PM brushless ac and dc motors;
Develop, document, implement & sustain assembly processes.
· Preparing the fabrication & assembly procedures, optimization, development of tools and fixtures.
· Co ordinate with in-house fabrication & assembly facilities and external facilities, materials, supply chain etc..
· Preparing the project schedules, budget estimates and follow up.
· Able to do mechanical design and drafting.
· Participate in motor testing and performance evaluation
